Are there exercises that can firm and lift my breasts?

Not exactly. Breasts are mostly made up of fatty tissue, and therefore it is almost impossible because there is no way to "train" fat. However, the way your breasts look is largely defined by your posture, and specifically the strength and posture in your upper back. Check out the article on the "Face Pull" exercise in ISSUE 49. This is a fantastic exercise for strengthening your upper back, and improving your posture.
